Cindy Chong, the founder and Managing Director of NCL Solutions Sdn Bhd was appointed to the Board of Directors of NCL Solutions Sdn. Bhd. upon inception.

She is an avid promoter and advocate for Lifelong Learning. During her 7 Years in Microsoft as Regional (SEA) Business Development Manager Partner Account Manager for Microsoft Learning, the department under Content Development and Delivery Group of Microsoft Corporation, she has worked with training and learning centres, schools and universities throughout South East Asia promoting ICT training and learning values of certifications.

Her other experiences include three years of managerial role in Frank Small & Associates, a market research company which is now known as Taylor Neilson plus 6 years of credit marketing skills in United Orix Leasing Berhad, now known as Orix Berhad. She was also entrusted to manage a local company – Global Communications Sdn Bhd, the first and sole Microsoft Press Books Distributor for Malaysia, hence leading to her being selected for a regional development job for Microsoft Press books for South East Asia.

Abdul Latif Bin Yahaya – A Director that brings to our company his consolidated financial acumen and skills with 27 years of experience in the finance industry. He had been holding top management and consultancy positions in Arab Malaysian Credit Bhd and Arab Assurance Bhd.
