Information For Career Practitioners

Career Voyage leads clients through a systematic decision making process. Powerful software algorithms ensure that the computer takes care of things computers do best (eg: matching client preferences to suitable jobs) while releasing career practitioners to work at higher levels (such as reviewing reports, negotiating or facilitating decision-making).

The program broadens horizons by looking at the whole range of occupations. Sometimes the jobs suggested for individuals have not been heard of or previously considered. For other clients the program may confirm existing ideas while providing new backup options. The system notifies career practitioners of problems clients may have (eg: inconsistency, confusion, negativity), suggests courses of action, and generates Adviser reports.

Career Voyage can be used in Young People mode (15 to 18 years) or Adult mode. Secure logins are provided for students/clients and separate logins for Advisers gives access to Adviser reports on all their clients.
